Your contact lists are kept strictly confidential. Only authorized personnel have access (for fraud and abuse-monitoring purposes) to TeneoMail system accounts and campaigns.

System Alerts - All registered TeneoMail user accounts may receive "System Alert" messages for planned outages, system maintenance, abuse warnings, etc.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time. If we make material changes to privacy policy, we will notify you by email.

Upon request, TeneoMail will respond to your request to access or delete personal information within 30 business days.
